On Service documents five years of photographing restaurant life, capturing the energy of kitchens and the atmosphere of dining rooms. Influenced by time spent with Bell's and Anajak Thai, the book reflects both a personal journey into restaurant photography and a broader portrait of hospitality culture.

The book was created as an homage to the restaurant industry and the hard working people that support it. 20% of the book proceeds are being donated to Southern Smoke Foundation, an organization that provides emergency relief grants nationwide and access to mental health services to workers in the industry.
